A pipe usually fails inside a wall cavity, which means the visible damage is only a fraction of what's actually happening behind the drywall.
Insulation and drywall removal is targeted, and we coordinate directly with a licensed plumber for the actual pipe repair.
Our Only, TN technicians locate the main or local shutoff valve immediately if it hasn't been closed already.
We use pressure testing and moisture tracing to locate exactly where a supply line failed inside the wall.
Drywall and insulation come out only where moisture readings confirm saturation, not the entire wall.
Our Only, TN team works alongside your plumber or one we can refer, so the repair and drying stay coordinated.
A burst pipe call has a specific sequence — find the source, stop it, open only what's necessary, and coordinate repair — here's how our Only, TN crews run it.
If the source is still running, shutoff is priority one.
Diagnostics narrow down the exact wall section affected.
Water trapped inside the wall cavity gets extracted using specialized tools designed for tight spaces.
We remove only the insulation and drywall sections that moisture readings confirm are compromised.
Specialized drying equipment reaches into open wall cavities to dry framing and remaining materials.
Our Only, TN team can refer or work alongside a plumber so mitigation and repair stay on the same timeline.
A quick call helps us prioritize the dispatch appropriately.
Equipment for wall cavity work is brought along by default for burst pipe calls.
You'll see the scope and cost once the failure point is confirmed.
Final sign-off includes verified dry readings and a repair handoff.
"They found our shutoff valve in about thirty seconds since we had no idea it existed, then got straight to work on the wall." — Holly T.
"Only opened up the section of wall that was actually wet instead of the whole thing. Saved us a lot on drywall repair." — Andre L.
"They coordinated directly with our plumber so the pipe got fixed the same week the wall was already open." — Priscilla W.
We can confirm which you're dealing with during the initial assessment.
Only the compromised section comes out, not the full wall.
We handle the water damage mitigation and coordinate directly with a licensed plumber for the pipe repair itself.
If you can safely reach it, shut off the water at the main or local valve to stop the flow.
Wall cavity drying typically takes 3-5 days depending on how much insulation and framing was affected.
Our Only, TN teams cover Only and surrounding areas with wall-cavity extraction equipment ready for dispatch.
One call gets a Only, TN crew routed to Only with the right equipment.
