Pipes don't wait for daylight to fail, and our Only dispatch team doesn't wait for morning to respond. Our Only-based teams arrive with truck-mount extractors, moisture meters, and drying gear staged and ready to go.
We built our Only branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Only, TN property owners — the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Only roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Water Removal in Only isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and Only, TN licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Our Only, TN-based equipment cache means drying gear is already close by, not stuck in a truck three states away.
Anyone in Only who has had a supply line fail overnight knows the real cost isn't the leak itself, it's how long the standing water sits before someone with the right equipment arrives. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Only call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first — some of the costliest Only jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Only line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
From a single soaked bedroom to a commercial building with three flooded floors, our Only teams are equipped to scale up or down — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Only units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Only, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Multi-unit and commercial Only properties get their own project manager plus enough drying equipment to cover the real square footage, not a token setup — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Only crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Only drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
We quote the job before equipment gets plugged in, so there's no surprise line item buried in the final invoice.
Because our equipment cache sits inside Only, TN, most Only calls see a technician on-site in under 60 minutes.
We document everything with photos and moisture logs and work directly with your adjuster so you're not stuck translating restoration jargon.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of the job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.
A short call with our Only dispatcher tells us whether this is a one-room job or a multi-crew response before anyone drives out.
A licensed technician heads to your Only address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
Standing water comes out first; drying equipment gets placed only after we've mapped exactly where moisture is hiding.
We don't close the file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, and you leave with full photo and moisture documentation.
Every Only job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your Only paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.

If it's safe, shut off the water source, move electronics and valuables away from the affected area, and avoid the space if standing water is near outlets.

Drying time varies with material and how quickly extraction started, but 3 to 5 days is typical for most Only jobs.
Not if it's addressed quickly — mold generally needs 24-48 hours of sustained moisture, which is exactly why fast extraction matters.
Yes, if moisture readings aren't at dry standard when we finish, or a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days, we return at no extra charge.
